Will I be put on a mailing list if I ask a technical question?

No. A technical question gets a technical answer. If the answer is that flotation is the wrong process for your stream, that is what you will be told.

Do you charge for sizing or feasibility work?

Indicative sizing and proposal work is free. Detailed process design, pilot trials and independent expert review of a third party’s design are chargeable, quoted before any work starts.

Can you help with a plant you did not supply?

Yes, and it is a significant part of what we do. Bring us the analysis, the current chemical regime, the measured recycle flow and a photograph of the float, and in most cases we can identify the problem remotely before anyone travels.
