Short version: we collect what you send us in the enquiry form, we use it to prepare your proposal, and we do not sell it to anyone. Last updated 2 August 2026.

What we collect
- Enquiry form data. Company, country, industry, capacity requirement, email, and any optional technical or contact detail you choose to add.
- Email correspondence. Anything you send us directly.
- Analytics. Aggregated, non-identifying usage data (pages viewed, referring source, approximate region, device type) collected via Google Analytics, subject to your cookie consent choice.
- Search Console data. Aggregated search queries that led to this site. This is provided by Google in aggregate form and does not identify individuals.
Why we collect it
Enquiry data is used solely to assess your application, size a system and prepare a proposal, and to correspond with you about it. Analytics data is used to understand which technical content is useful so we can write more of it.
Who it is shared with
Where preparing your proposal requires a manufacturing partner to quote, we share the technical parameters of your enquiry (flow, effluent characteristics, materials, destination port) with that partner. We do not share your contact details with third parties for marketing purposes, and we do not sell data to anyone under any circumstances.
Processors we use: our web host, our email provider, our workflow automation platform (which receives enquiry form submissions), and Google Analytics.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and correspondence records are retained for three years from last contact, after which they are deleted. Analytics data is retained according to the Google Analytics default retention period.
Cookies
Necessary cookies are used for basic site function and to remember your consent choice. Analytical cookies are set only if you accept them in the consent banner. You can change or withdraw consent at any time using the re-consent icon on any page.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email office@ai-spares.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in a jurisdiction with statutory data protection rights (including the EU/EEA under GDPR), those rights apply and we will honour them.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection. Access to enquiry records is limited to staff who need it to prepare proposals.
